Should I Take A Break For Period Bleeding After 21 Tablets Or Continue For 42 As Advised?

Hi doctor. I’m 32 years old I was planning for baby but through ultrasound I got to know 29mm*35mm clear cyst in my left ovary. I’m suggested to take femilon 21tab and then stop aft my periods again start femilon 21tabs. My question is should I give break for my periods aft 21tablets or can I take 21+21tabs then give Break for my periods. Which is better please suggest me. I went for 2nd consultation with other doctor she told me take 42 tablets continuously. Please clear me
