Should I Take Almax Or Antacid Or Laxative For Bad Diarrhea?
Hi, My daughter from Eugene, Oregon USA is now just 5 days into a Study Abroad program in northern Spain. She is staying with a host family. This weekend they travelled, and she came down with bad diarrhea. She does not know what to take in Spain to help with this. Her host family suggests tomorrow to get Almax, and antacid and sometime laxative. What do you think she should ask for at the local farmacia?

use plenty of water

antacids
Please don't use laxative. it is used for constipaton and not for diarrhea.
