Should I Take Head Bath After The Run?
Hi, I am 38 year old. I do a short run of 5 to 6 km 3 to 4 days a week. I do take a headbath with cold water (not ice cold) 10 min after the run. now a days I do get pain on right side of the head and also get pain on right side of the ear.
