Should I Take My Child To The ER For Suffering From High Fever After An Accident?

We had a car accident last night and my kid who is 2yrars has fever 120F. Should I take to her ER?

When the accident happened last night, She did not bleed anything but me and my hubby went to ER but my kid seemed fine so doctors did not check on her.

It is very important to know if she had any trauma over head or abdomen. Also kindly look for any other symptom like cough ,cold ,loose motions etc. Sometimes it might be unrelated to accident. And also get her check up done as fever is quite significant.
