Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you are more health conscious, and watching B.P. several times a day.
First of all stop watching the B.P.So long you have this habbit, the B.P, and pulse rate vary like that, for ever.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health and resistance against the infections.
Stop thinking about the health, and have some diversion procedures like yoga, meditation, reading books, and hearing music.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
