Should I Wait Until Morning After My Son Hit His Jaw, Has Dilated Pupils, And A Headache, But No Nausea Or Loss Of Consciousness?

My almost 10 year old son fell while balancing and hit his jaw on a chair. He says it hurts to open his mouth and he has a headache but wanted to play Monopoly. While playing we noticed his pupils were dilated. (Both are dilated). He is not nauseous and he was not unconscious. Now it is an hour later and is bed time. Should we wait until morning to see how he is doing?
