Should I Worried For A Scratch In The Sclera Of My Eye?

My cat scratched the sclera of my eye. The scratch stops right at the border of the iris. It did bleed right after it happened for a few minutes. I went to see an ophthalmologist about 2 hours after it happened. He gave me antibiotic drops. Two days later, my eye is glassy; the scratch is still very red and the area around it has turned yellow. Should I be concerned?
