Should I Worry About Child Falling On The Floor Without Bruise Or Redness?

Hello my 18 week old leaning to roll surprised me and roll of my bed its not a high bed its very low to the floor he landed on the back of his head there's no brusie or redness and he only cried for a sec then started smiling this was about six a clock it's now 9.40 and he had a Bottle at 8 burped once went to bed he just woke up crying burped and dripped sick his tempecere is ok ahold I worry ?

You should Not worry at all ,because Fall in head is very common in infancy because the injuries recovered as of like ping pong Ball hence if baby is consious and not vomiting she donot have any head injury ok
