I’ve been experiencing severe headaches shop pain sharp pain on the plus side of my body and my head down the side of my face in the left side angle swollen I’m 56 years old 200 pounds 53 I’ve been Under Severe stress I’m afraid I’m having on a mini stroke do I need to go to the ER

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as a first line management you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
