General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Laxopeg can be continued. However other causes like hypothyroidism must be ruled out as it is a common cause for chronic constipation. An ultrasound scan is also required to rule out bowel related problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
