Hello,

You can take Levofloxacin today evening, as Amoxicillin effect lasts for about 8 hours. For a sinus infection, I would also advise you to drink warm water at regular intervals.

Do steam inhalation 3 times a day with easy breathe capsules or Karvol plus. Washing your face with warm water helps.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
