Should Nestum Or Cerelac Be Given For Baby's Constipation?
Hi..
My baby is 6 months old.
* Constipation for last two to three weeks.
*She refuse to drink water.
*what kind of food should i give as her weight is less compare to normal. {but she is active.}
* advice some fruits and veggies to add in her food.
* Shall i start Nestum or cerelac?
* as i am a working women i breast feed two times a day. other than that she is having banana, boiled apple, rice with plain dal, ragi and wheat paste.

It's always better to give home based feeds as compared to commercial preparation like cerelac and nestium
Give a cup of water one hour before every feeds. It will ensure adequate intake of water.
Every Child has its own bowel frequency. There is no cause for concern if there is no distension of abdomen and excessive crying while passing stools.
