Should Primolut Be Continued In View Of Bleeding?

I am taking primolut with no stops. Doctor prescribed twice a day two pills. I ve changed it into one pill twice a day. Have been taking it for over two years now. Had two stopweeks in those years, en started bleeding. But now I m spotting. Should I stop for a few days? And can I go on with one pill twice a day? (By the way, I live in the Netherlands)
