Should Susten Be Discontinued While Continuing Intake Of Duphaston During Pregnancy?

My wife aged 33 i spregnant, 11 weeks, has been taking duphaston and susten 200 daly. Doc wants her to stop susten 200 and continue duphaston. Is it okay. If susten is being stopped why continue with duphaston since both are similar. She had 2 miscarraiges in 6 and 8 weeks earlier.

only duphastone can be taken with out susten.
duphastone produce minimal side effects compare to susten.
