Should A Doctor Be Consulted For Low Grade Fever And Fatigue?

I had a high fever last night--102.5 and may have been 103 at some point. Feel better today but have low grade fever and dry throat/stuffy nose. Feel fatigued (although perhaps have a little more energy after having slept). Was concerned that maybe I should see a Dr. or wait until I feel better, hopefully tomorrow.
