Should A Doctor Be Consulted For Nausea Along With Fatigue And Body Tremors?

Yesterday my neck felt cold and clammy. A minute later I got hit with sudden nausea and vomiting. Afterwards my face and neck turned beet red. I was at work but drove home and rested. Today I feel weak and shaky. Should I see a doctor? If so, how soon?

How old are you? it is possible that it may be simple common cold or hypotension or mild stroke or sympathetic chain injury lead to Horner's syndrome like ptosis,miosis or enhydrosis,enopthalmosis and loss of ciliospinal reflux.
