Should A Doctor Be Consulted Immediately For Dizziness Along With Nausea And Headaches?

I am extremely worried that I might be suffering the effects of an unruptured aneurysm. I know that aneurysms don t usually show signs, but when they do, I feel like I ve shown a lot of the symptoms, and I won t be getting in for an MRI tell about a month from now. I just need to know if this is something that actually could be what I m experiencing. My symptoms for the last month have been dizziness, vertigo at one point, slight nausea, random headaches on specific parts of my right side of head, slight ear ringing, and fullness in right side of face behind eye. I take aspirin everyday to prevent clotting, and Xanax when I need to for anxiety. I just want to know if this is something I should see someone immediately 4 or just wait till at my appointment a month from now.

Hi,

Unruptured brain aneurysm may produce no symptoms, particularly if it's small. However, a larger unruptured aneurysm may press on brain tissues and nerves, possibly causing:
- Pain above and behind one eye.
- A dilated pupil.
- Change in vision or double vision.
- Numbness of one side of the face.

Also, check the aneurysms regularly otherwise they rupture can cause your symptoms.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol consumption, smoking and caffeine drinks.

Control your blood pressure and blood cholesterol.

Please consult your neuro physician to check the aneurysm status.

Better to get it done coiling closure of an aneurysm.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
