Neurologist 's  Response
Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
In my opinion s you should consult a neurologist because neurological examination will give information about the cause of pain meaning is your neck or your head which is causing the pain
Anyway as you only suffering pain with no other neurological deficits I don't think you have reason to worry too much but further examinations are needed
Hope my answer will help you
Stay healthy
Best regards
