Should A Surgery Be Done For An Ovarian Cyst Causing Nausea And Abdominal Pain?

I was diagonised of ovarian cyst 4.5cm lenth and 4cm height,on left side.it has been there fo 2 yrs nw and it causes nusea,lower abdominal pain and thigh and pain during and after sex.m on a course of family planning pills bt doc insisted a surgery if thr z no change

An ovarian cyst of this much duration has to be surgically managed. If you delay the procedure it may end up in unwanted complications.

You can consult a gynecologist and plan for laparoscopic procedure.
