Should A Vitamin Supplement Be Taken To Curb A Sweet Craving?

I m a 59 year old woman and I m constantly craving sweets in the mornings at work, around 9-10am. I eat breakfast daily, a smoothie, or oatmeal, or turkey sausage and eggs. Is there a certain type of vitimine that I need to be taking? I m not on any type of meds.

Possible causes for sugar cravings are: 1. When you don’t eat enough calories, your body starts looking for fuel fast as a way to catch up. 2. It may be due to as a bad habits like biting nails or eating bar after meal, etc. 3. You ate too much starch and not enough fat and/or protein. 4. Eating more salt may cause increase the craving. So avoid excessive salt, eat sufficient calories, try non-processed sugar contain food, eat balanced diet. In diabetic patients if undetected may crave for sugar and get more hungry.
