Should An Enlarged Uterus And A Large Complex Cyst Outside An Ovary Be Treated Immediately?

The sonogram report says enlarged uterus and a 3.8cm fondly lesion. Also. A large complex cyst on outside of l ovary measuring 12.5cm x7.7 x 11abive uterus on right Adexa. The right ovary is not visualized but the left measures 2.3x3.2cm. Complex cyst does not seem to connect to bladder. Mild fluid is present. Endometrial complex is 10mm. Small uteran lesions My dr will not give me an answer bc he does not feel qualified. Sending me to cancer center. Be honest, what are my chances. I am 42 good health.

Hi I think you should do a CA125 level to find out the chance of cancer. You can get a CT scan to find out the nature of mass. Ovarian cancer has good prognosis if detected and treated early. You may need a surgery to remove the mass .Discuss with your doctor regarding this. Hope it helps.
