Should An Infant Scratched By A Pet Cat Require Immediate Medical Attention?

Hello. My two-months baby was scratched by our indoor cat on her foot. The cut is small and not deep. I sprayed it with a desinfectant and it looks fine for now. The baby was not vaccinatedyet (due tomorrow). Is this dangerous? Should we go see a doctor right away? Thank you.

Hi...you say the baby is yet not vaccinated. I suggest you take her to the doctor immediately. It will require immunization with TT. But as the baby is due for her regular DPT vaccination which will have TT in it I suggest you go ahead and give the vaccination to the baby.
