Should Antibiotics Be Taken For Stingy Feeling In Penis After Urination, Frequent And Less Volume Of Urination?

I am 71 yrs old and essentially in good health. I take 10 mg at night and 5 mg of Cardura in am. It helps me urinate better and not so often. I've been doing this for 20 years. For about a week now I've had a slight stingy feeling at the end of my penis when I urinate and I need to urinate more often and less volume when I do. Almost as if the cardura doesn't work anymore. About one month ago I cut back 80% on carb intake. I'm wondering if I just have some bug and should maybe take an antibiotic. Can you suggest anything? Thank you.
