Should Cannabis Smoking Be Avoided Due To Anxiety And Panic Attacks?

hello doc, I have mild anxiety problems, could this be due to previous marijuana usage, as it seems to have faded a lot since i gave up - i suffered three panic attacks, all whilst stoned and one many years ago when i was about 7 years old and I'm now 18. Should i avoid smoking cannabis ever again? Is it possible it was triggered by excessive use, or was it just a contributing factor to stress?

Dear User,
In my opinion it would be better if you avoid using cannabis as cannabis is very notorious to trigger panic attacks especially if you had the same previously. So better to avoid it.
