Should Hair Spots In My Phlegm Worry Me ?
For the past two days, I have seen about one or two hair-like spots in my phlegm- and today is actually hair that is something like from the hair inside the nose. What could be wrong?

The hair is the nasal vibrissiae which comes in your phlegm when you try to clear the back of the nose and the throat. It is a normal phenomenon no need to worry. Try not to forcefully clear the throat and the nose.
