Should Headaches And Dizziness After An Injury Be A Cause Of Worry?

Hello dr. i was assaulted on xmas day with a very hard punch to my eye and nose and head. i have been to a&e on new years eve nothing broken,but no head scan,i have a terrible headache&have been sick each day,i feel dizzy and am finding it hard to concentrate.
