Should I Apply Diaper Cream Or Powder For Sore Rectum?
My 3 year old has had a sore rectum the past two days from sweat and maybe not wiping perfectly during potty training. TOnight after his bath he had tiny bumps around the rectum that look like pimples. What is it and do we apply diaper cream or powder?

It's likely to be diaper rash. Local application of diaper rash cream will be beneficial.
If there is associated severe itching and involvement of other parts then possibility of Scabies needs to be considered.
