Should I Be Concerned About Bleeding From Vagina During Sex?

I took seasonale for one month, and switched to seasonal immediately after finishing last week of active pills.
I am sexually active & but we've used a condom almost all times during sex and stopped before he could cum. We had unprotected sex on Saturday he didn't get to the point of cumming in me or at all and he went hard and deep and I bled afterwards. we had sex 2 days later and I bled during the first 20 or so mins of sex with condom then we took a break then had sex again with no bleeding. and no condom, but put condom back on awhile before he cummed but then pulled out when happened, after we finished it was watery after with a little blood.. The next day I had a little bleeding but it stopped after I noticed. Could the bleeding be because he hit my cervix two days before and then hit it again and it didn't have time to heal?
It's been a couple days after and I dance for 4 1/2 hours with no breaks on Wednesdays and today I have back ache and stomach aches but only when I I sit straight up. could it be seasonique? or could it be possibility of pregnancy? I've been taking pills around 4:30 to 5 every day & I have never missed one.

OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Post coital bleeding may be due to blunt trauma inside vagina, pelvic infection, cervical polyp or growth etc. I suggest you to undergo one pelvic examination by your gynecologist to confirm the diagnosis.

Backache or stomach aches may be due to heavy dancing. Hormonal imbalance and mental stress are associated factors. You should wait for next coming period and confirm pregnancy if you miss your regular period. Good luck.
