Should I Be Concerned About My Hypertension, Drowsiness And Joint Pain?

Hello Doctor,
I am 33 year old married guy, suffering from hypertension from last two years average BP 95/140, now i have received my blood reports LFT,KFT, Lipid Profile, which indicates SGOT 42 U/l & SGPT 74 U/l,
I am feeling droussyness, joint pain, feeling uneasy from last 1 month having daily BP medicine, Is any thing serious.

Hi
I read your concern very carefully.
Yes you should be somehow worry about your disease. The BP should be lowered within the wanted targets with lifestyle modification and medication if needed.
I don't know if you are using any medication for BP or dyslipidemia (statins) because this drugs may be the cause of muscular pain and biochemical findings.
