Should I Be Concerned About Reduced Right Testicle?
Dear Doc I am a 60 year old male. My right testicle has reduced in size over the last 2 years dramatically by 2 third the size of the right. I have had no abnormalities or any discomfort. They both feel fine and spongy.I have normal erections and a good flow of seamen .No problems during sex. Why is it so ? Jeff

As you are mentioning it is seen only in the right testicles. It sounds some what abnormal.
I advice you to do physical examination of the testicles along with ultrasound and if necessary biopsy after the USG examination.
Many a tines shrinking in the scrotum can be because of the malignancy underlying this above effort will guide us regarding the cause of swellings and so you can act like that.
