Should I Be Concerned About The Shivering After Bath?
I m an event planner and after a long, hot day after an event last night I took a shower to cool off, my chin started quivering and so did my back and I couldn t control it for about 15 minutes where I just kept shivering should I be concerned? I m 42 , female, a little overweight, but relatively healthy.
Come on baby. It's not a matter of concern. Sometimes I do take such showers and allow to dry below a ceiling fan in this hot season of Rajasthan where I live. I also shiver. I mean to say when evaporation follows after cooling down body, it causes feeling of more chill and you shiver. Enjoy it.
An HCM advise for you. Control your weight and stay fit till you live.
Hope its helpful.
