Should I Be Concerned As I Am Having Pain While Moving My Head After A Fall?

I was jumping on a trampoline and I ended up landing on my neck. There was a cracking sound and I can still move my head from side to side and feel slight pain, but when I look down, it really hurts and i cannot look far down. I was wondering if this is serious or if i should just get some rest?

Thanks.

Hi, thank you for asking Healthcare Magic.
Neck trauma should not be taken so lightly especially when it is associated with pain. You might be having some signs of spinal cord injury that only a doctor would appreciate. You just need to avoid excessive mobilization of the head and then consult a doctor for proper assessment and management.

I hope that answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. We will be delighted to answer more questions from you.
I wish you good health
