Should I Be Concerned Noticing A Dry Cracking Circle Around The Head Of My Husband Penis? Had Herpes And Treated For STD

Should i be concerned i noticed a dry cracking circle around the head of my husband penis it wasnt actually on the head of the penis but exactly under the head in a circle pattern. He does have herpes but it never looked like that and always showed up on the shaft of the penis in 1 spot. He recently had an affair and was dx with trigimonous but was treated 5 months ago. So could this cracking dry skin be another undetected std .

Hi,

It is possible that he has an STD again. Herpes can sometimes present in the way that you are describing. What you can do is to take him to a dermatologist or venerologist who will be able to assess the situation and be able to tell him what the problem is. It is also advisable that for this duration you avoid sexual contact and if you do so, please use a condom. I hope this helps.
