Should I Be Concerned With The Headache Caused By An Injury?

Hi hit my head on ice a week ago while tubing :( have been getting the spins and light headed wasn't too bad last week now getting worse been trying to rest :) I did go to the doctors she say to rest and only go to emerg if I throw up ? Haven't thrown up yet but feeling nauseated

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and wish to reassure you that there is no need to worry about your symptoms.

The clinical features are suggestive of mild concussion/post-traumatic vertigo. You would get better in a few days.

As of now, you could take betahistine tablets for relief of dizziness and ondansetron for relief of nausea.

If symptoms persist, please get a CT scan of brain done.
