Should I Be Worried About The Cold Sweats And Painful Cry In My Baby?

Hi
My daughter is 15 weeks old and has been having cold sweats for the past few weeks. Just the other day or was really hot and she was just in a diaper but she was still drenched in sweat.
She seems happy enough but for.the past few days she has screamed as if she is in pain.
Should I be worried?
