Should I Be Worried About The Dark Brown/black Vomiting With Hands Pain?
My mum has been suffering from an hiatus hernia for sometime now but she is constantly sick all the time even though she is eating as little as possible. Last night she vomited dark brown/black sick and her both hands hurt? now is this something I should be worried about?

Yes you need to be worried ,the black colured vomitus is nothing but blood ,get an urgent endoscopy to know the cause and treat accordingly.
Causes may be like if she is on any pain killers or any antiplatelet therapy and many more .
But she is should be considered for the therapy as soon as possible.
Pain in hands may be she is suffering from some joint disease like rhematoid artgrities ,osteoarthritis etc just get a check with your doctor
