Should I Be Worried About The Fall And The Red Spot?

Hi my 8 months old son fell from his highchair tonight around 6:15 pm he cried alittle and hade a red spot on his head i put a cold facecloth on it and it seem ok after i didnt let him fall asleep right off either he seems fine but should i be worried

You should watch if there is any change in the behavior like increased irritability or lethargy or drowsiness. Also look for vomiting and loss of consciousness as this are the danger sign and need medical attention.
