Should I Be Worried About The Foul Odor In Urine,pain In Urethra And Fever In A Child?

My 5 year old daughter has these symptoms, orange foul smelling urine, pain in urethra, stomach pain, vomited last night, fever last night, no current fever, neck pain, finger pain joint pain, leg pain, headache, sore red throat. Do I go to the hospital now or to her pediatrician in the morning?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
She has foul smelling urine, pain in urethra, fever and vomiting. All suggest some urinary tract infection or some other infection.
She should go for complete blood count, malaria parasite examination and urine routine and microscopic examination. These will give you exact idea. Then she need antibiotic treatment accordingly. So consult your doctor and start treatment.
