Should I Be Worried About The Loud Popping Of Knee While Walking?
I am 42 yr old female, that has started back to the gym. I am 5 ft tall 126 lbs, just tring to get into better shape. My right knee popps when I walk (it has done this for many yrs) I don't really have any pain, but as I have been walking on the tread mill it seems to be popping even more, and louder. should I be concerned?
You should get xray both knees in AP view and send me the report. Till then decrease time on treadmill, avoid squatting and upstairs as much as you can. Do quardriceps strengthening exercises.
It will definitely help you.
Thanks.
Dr.Singh.
