Hi, I am 38 +6 days pregnant. For the past few days I have been getting vaginal pains and lower back pain which i have when I am due to start my period. Yesterday i had slight brown discharge and today the discharge is a little brown slighlty pinkish in colour. The baby movement is good, should I be worried

pain lower abdomen along with passage of mucous discharge mixed with blood may be sign of starting of labour pain...

consult your doctor to confirm that you have started labour pain or not..
