I am 3 months postpartum and have aching/throbbing in my vaginal area when I exercise or lift anything over 10 pounds. the pain is activated when my weight is on one leg, like when jogging or even putting pants on. My doctor dismissed it and said it was just part of the recovery process. do you agree?
