Should I Be Worried About The Small Bump Beneath Genital Area Upto Butt?

Hi, I found a small bump beneath my genital area leading to to my butt. I thought it was a pimple at first and when I tried to pop it nothing but clear liqiud and small amount of blood came out. now it hurts when I walk when skin rubs against it. should I be worried?

Hi

You seem to have developed a lesion of folliculitis.
This is basically an infection of the root of hair follicle.
You need to keep the affected area clean and dry.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream over the lesion.
Do not apply any other creams or oils over it.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to reduce sweating.
Sometimes courses of oral antibiotics are required in cases of severe infection.
