I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your complain the symptoms of sore throat and swollen uvula are indicating towards infection in throat and the infection can be bacterial or viral in nature..
You should start taking medication like antibiotics Azithromycin 500 mg once a day for 5 days.. For pain and inflammation take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen 400 mg thrice a day.. Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily.. Do warm saline gargles.. Steam inhalations and using a humidifier in your room will help.. Avoid spicy and hard foods and take a soft diet. Take ample of rest.
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
