Should I Be Worried After Blood Blister Popping Inside Penis?

I just popped a small blood blister on the inside of my penis. I'm a 58 year old male 230 lbs. and in good health. I don't wear underwear and I ride my bike alot. Should I be worried? I haven't had any problems urinating just recemtly noticed the redness.
