Should I Be Worried As I Am Having A Lump On My Foreskin?

hi, I have a small lump size of a pea on my foreskin now for about 6 years , it suddenly appeared when I was going through a severe mental trauma , I does not hurt the lump intially grew to the size of a small pea and then stoped and for years it is there . Let me know if there is anything serious .
