Should I Be Worried As I Am Having A Painful Lump And Headache After A Fall?

Hi There, I feel 2 weeks ago an hit my head quite bad, the lump is on top of my head ive felt fine up until now 2 weeks later an now i have constant headache and the lump is so painful now, It was quite a bad fall and I actually fell with someone else s weight on top of me. Just worried why my head is suddenly hurting me after 2weeks I also feel very tired an irritable.

It seems from the history that you had a fall 2 weeks back and now you are having a painful lump, constant headache.
Since these symptoms are following injury to the head, head injury in the form of hematomad of brain needs to be ruled out. If you have symptoms line nausea vomiting sudden blackouts of vision you need to consult your doctor at the earliest to rule out brain injury.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
