Should I Be Worried As My Baby Is Having Diarrhea?

My 7 month old has had nasty watery, yellow, blow-out diarrhea for 2 days now.. she has only had 6 ounces of milk ALL day and now completely refuses to drink anything. She also refuses to eat, and this is very odd for her as she is the biggest eater and drinker ive ever seen.. should I be worried?

In diarrhoea it is important to replace lost fluid + daily required fluids.If she doesn't drink water and on the top of it passes frequent watery motion then she can become dehydrated.Give her lots of fluids and properly prepared ORS.Consult your doctor ASAP
