Should I Be Worried Of Drooping Eyelid Due To Conjunctivitis?

Hi, my 3 year old son bumped his head a fortnight ago. A few days later his right eye became inflamed and we took him to the doctor who prescribed some cream and drops for conjunctivitis. However, although the inflammation/bloodshot is subsiding, his eyelid has been drooping ever since and the right eye is much more closed than the left. We're still concerned that there may be more to this than conjunctivitis. He has not been x-rayed.
