Should I Be Worried Of The Lump In Testicle Which Is Movable?

Hello, I am a 16 year old male and have never had sex before. Around a year or so ago I noticed a small soft, moveable almost liquid like lump in the right testicle, probably around the size of a marble. I felt too uncomfortable to go to my doctor about this so I thought nothing of it and left it. However recently, within the last few months, I have noticed that the lump has grown to around 2cm and feels slightly uncomfortable and gets in the way. Do you have any idea as to what this could be? Should I be worried? Many Thanks.

Hi
After going through query,my advice would be it's better to see your doctor.Do you have lump at any other site of body?any history of trauma?Few posibilities are like hydrocele/lipoma/sebaceous cyst. But it needs exaination.
hope your query is answered. If you still have doubt, feel free to contact anytime
