Should I Be Worried Of The Occurrence Of Bump Under Belly Button Which Was Pierced 4 Years Ago?

Hi I have this bump that forms under my belly button piercing. It is in my belly button and every month or so it comes back and it bleeds and drys up but when it does come back it s white and hurts to the touch. I ve had my piercing for 4 years now and it s only recently been happening. Should I worry?

Hello,Thank you for consulting with HCM.
As you are mentioning that your belly button was pierced 4 years ago and now you are experiencing a bump near it, it looks that an infection has developed which is causing abscess in that region, which needs to be treated.
Better you should visit an skin specialist to get it treated.
Hope it will help you
